Morphsuit or Muscle Costume: Two Ways to Dress as a Power Ranger
A Morphsuit is one piece. The mask is built into the hood, so there's no helmet to carry, put down at a party and lose. A muscle costume is the other route: a jumpsuit with a muscle-effect torso and arms, a belt and buckle, and a helmet of its own. It reads closer to the armour on screen, and it's the slower of the two to get into. We run both in the ranger colours, so this is a decision about the look, not about which ranger you get to be.

Blue has been our best-selling ranger colour over the last eight weeks, taking a little over a third of Power Ranger costume sales in that window. The Blue Power Rangers Morphsuit is an adult suit in 4-way stretch fabric with the mask attached to the hood. Sized by height, from medium to XX-large. |
The Mens Power Rangers Black Ranger Muscle Costume is the jumpsuit-and-helmet version: jumpsuit with a muscle-effect torso and arms, attached belt and buckle, helmet in the pack. Sizing is the catch. It currently runs in XL and XXL only, so check the measurements before assuming your size is there. |

How Power Ranger Costume Sizing Works
Every costume goes through over 30 measurement checks, and our Morphsuits are made from 125GSM+ breathable fabric for a comfortable stretch fit. Sizing itself isn't identical across this page, though. Our kids costumes are sized by age, muscle costumes can run a narrower range than a stretch suit, and inflatables are one-size: here that's the gap between a Black Ranger muscle costume in XL and XXL and a kids Morphsuit sized by height. Read the sizes on the product page you're buying, not the one you looked at first.

The Kids Red Power Ranger Basic Costume is the jumpsuit-and-mask version for younger fans, with the character mask in the pack. It comes in a single size fitted to age 7 to 8, so check the size guide against your child rather than going by age alone. |
The Kids Blue Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit is a full-body suit with a built-in hood and visor, in the Blue Ranger's colour. Two sizes, both by height: Medium for 7 to 9 years, Large for 10 to 12. |

Shopping for one child rather than a whole team? Our kids Power Rangers costumes category is the sized-down version of this page. For other characters, the wider costume themes range runs to WWE wrestling costumes, ninja costumes and dinosaur costumes.
One pick here isn't a ranger.

The Power Rangers Megazord Inflatable Megamorph is the giant robot the rangers assemble when the fight gets out of hand. It runs on four AA batteries (not included) and comes with its own pair of gloves. It's one size, so it's the one costume here you can't size up or down, and it works as the odd one out in a group of rangers. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Power Ranger colours do you stock?
We carry Power Ranger costumes in Red, Blue, Green, Black, Pink, Yellow and White, across Morphsuits, muscle costumes and kids costumes. The Blue Ranger has been our biggest seller over the last couple of months, though that can shift closer to Halloween.
Do you have Power Ranger costumes for adults?
Yes, we stock adult Power Ranger costumes in two formats: skin-tight Morphsuits like the Blue Power Rangers Morphsuit, sized by height, and jumpsuit-and-helmet muscle costumes like the Mens Power Rangers Black Ranger Muscle Costume, which currently runs in XL and XXL only.
What age is a Kids Power Ranger costume suitable for?
It varies by costume. The Kids Red Power Ranger Basic Costume is a single size fitted to age 7 to 8. The Kids Blue Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit is sized by height, Medium for 7 to 9 years and Large for 10 to 12. Check the size guide on the product page against your child's measurements, not just their age.
What's the difference between a Power Ranger Morphsuit and a muscle costume?
A Morphsuit is a one-piece stretch suit with the mask built into the hood, so there is nothing separate to carry. A muscle costume is a jumpsuit with a muscle-effect torso and arms and its own helmet, cut closer to the on-screen armour. The Morphsuit is quicker to get into; the muscle costume gives the bulkier, more armoured build.
What's the best Power Ranger costume for boys?
For younger fans, the Kids Red Power Ranger Basic Costume is a straightforward jumpsuit-and-mask set in a single size fitted to age 7 to 8. If your child is between sizes, check the size guide on the product page rather than going by age alone.
