Kids Power Rangers Costumes: Morphsuit and Muscle Costume Styles
All of our kids' products are safety tested by accredited labs, and we run over 500,000 quality checks a year across the range. If Power Rangers isn't the fit, the wider kids costume themes range is where to look next.
What to Look For: Morphsuit or Muscle Costume
The Morphsuit is a single stretch piece, 91% polyester and 9% elastane with four-way stretch, a built-in hood with a see-through visor, and a double zip. The muscle costume works the opposite way: a padded jumpsuit worn with a separate character mask, so the armoured shape comes from the padding. The toddler size swaps that mask for a soft, open-face headpiece instead, so the youngest wearers keep their own face visible. At a party, the Morphsuit's one-piece build means no separate mask to keep track of.
Age narrows it fastest. At 3 to 4, the toddler muscle jumpsuit is the only fit; 4 to 6 is the muscle costume in Small; at 7 and 8 both styles are open; and from 9 to 12 the Morphsuit is the one left, Medium at 9 and Large from 10.

The Kids Blue Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit pulls on as one piece, the hood and see-through visor closing the face, in Medium for ages 7 to 9 or Large for 10 to 12. |
Same suit, different Ranger: the Kids Red Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit runs the identical Medium and Large age bands, so a second colour in the house needs no re-measuring. |

Yellow completes the trio, so three friends can turn up as three different Rangers: the Kids Yellow Beast Morpher Power Ranger Morphsuit is the same stretch one-piece in the same 7 to 12 sizing. |
Swapping stretch for padding, the Kids Disguise Red Ranger Beast Morpher Muscle Costume pairs a jumpsuit with a separate character mask, in Small for ages 4 to 6 or Medium for 7 to 8. |

For the youngest fans, the Power Rangers Beast Morphers Red Ranger Beast Morphers Toddler Muscle Jumpsuit Outfit takes the padded style down to a toddler XS for ages 3 to 4, with a soft headpiece instead of a mask so their own face stays visible. |
For a different character, we also stock Kids Minecraft Costumes and Kids Dinosaur Costumes. Adult sizes and the rest of the Ranger colours sit on our Power Rangers Costumes hub.
Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes do kids' Power Rangers costumes come in?
The Beast Morpher Morphsuit runs Medium (7 to 9) and Large (10 to 12). The muscle costume covers Small (4 to 6), Medium (7 to 8), and a toddler XS (3 to 4).
What's the difference between the Morphsuit and the muscle costume?
The Morphsuit stretches and moves with the body, the head covered by a built-in hood and see-through visor. The muscle costume holds a fixed shape instead, padded through the torso and worn with a separate character mask, except at toddler size, where a soft open-face headpiece replaces the mask. It comes down to movement against shape: the one-piece for running about, the padded style for the armoured look.
Can my child see and breathe properly in a Power Rangers costume?
Vision through the Morphsuit's visor or the muscle costume's mask is softer than bare-faced play, worth watching around stairs, kerbs, or a dark room; neither seals over the nose or mouth. The toddler jumpsuit's open-face headpiece leaves vision and breathing exactly as normal, since nothing covers the face at all.
Can I wash a kids' Power Rangers costume?
Yes, by hand. A cool hand wash and an air dry suits both the stretch Morphsuits and the padded muscle costumes; none are machine washable.
Are Power Rangers costumes only for Halloween?
No. There is no blood or gore in a Ranger costume and nothing tying it to one night of the year, so the same one covers birthday parties, World Book Day, and dress-up at home.
