How long does an inflatable alien costume stay inflated?
An inflatable alien stays inflated while its fan runs, which is up to four hours on the pick-me-up and over four hours on our other adult designs, from one set of four AA batteries. The batteries are not in the pack. On the astronaut, red-top, and giant designs, elasticated seals help hold the air in so the costume stays inflated.

Who buys alien costumes, adults or kids?
Both do: between 22 April and 18 October 2026, around half of the orders recorded on our UK website that included an alien costume included an adult one. A third of Britons think aliens may already have dropped by: in a 2025 YouGov poll, 33% it was likely that intelligent aliens have visited Earth (YouGov).
