Kids Toy Story Costumes
Kids Toy Story costumes let your child step into Andy's toy chest, from Woody the cowboy sheriff to Buzz Lightyear the space ranger. Those two we carry as Disney designs, sized 4 to 16 years. Jessie, Rex and the Alien we do not, so the rest of this page is cowboy, astronaut and alien fancy dress instead.

Woody and Buzz Lightyear, our Disney Toy Story costumes
Both Woody and Buzz Lightyear come as a one-piece jumpsuit, sized S (4 to 6 years) to XL (14 to 16 years) against the Disney size guide. Every costume we sell goes through over 30 measurement checks, and our kids' products are safety tested by accredited labs.

The Kids Disney Toy Story Woody Costume prints Woody's cowboy shirt, jeans and sheriff badge across a one-piece jumpsuit, hat included, sized 4 to 16 years. |
Buzz gets the same build: the Kids Disney Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Classic Costume carries his white and green suit and control panel detail, sized 4 to 16 years. |

Sheriff, space ranger and alien looks without the character name
For the rest of the toy chest, the closest we get is generic fancy dress: a cowboy set, an astronaut suit and an inflatable alien. No character name on any of them, which also leaves them usable for any dress-up day.
 |
Going for the sheriff route instead, Cowboy With Pistols Kids packs a denim and black vest, chap-style trousers, a badge-topped hat, a neckerchief and two toy cap guns, in sizes S (4 to 6 years) and M. |
On the space-ranger side, Kids Astronaut Costume is a full white suit set with jacket, trousers, boot covers, gloves and a structured helmet, sized S (4 to 6 years) to L (10 to 12 years). |

 |
For a bigger laugh, the Kids Inflatable Alien with Astronaut Costume Pick Me Up creates the illusion of a giant alien carrying a small astronaut, worn over regular clothes and fitting children from 3'11" to 5'3". |
Frequently asked questions
Are the Woody and Buzz Lightyear costumes genuine Disney designs?
Yes. Both the Kids Disney Toy Story Woody Costume and the Kids Disney Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Classic Costume are Disney-branded jumpsuits, printed with each character's own look.
What sizes do the Woody and Buzz Lightyear costumes come in?
Both are sized S to XL against the Disney kids' size guide, covering roughly 4 to 16 years.
Do you sell Jessie, Rex or an Alien Toy Story costume?
Not as a Disney-branded Toy Story character costume right now. Our Cowboy With Pistols Kids, Kids Astronaut Costume and Kids Inflatable Alien with Astronaut Costume Pick Me Up cover the same sheriff, space-ranger and alien looks generically.
Is the inflatable alien costume comfortable for a child to wear?
Mostly. It is worn over regular clothes with elasticated seals for a quick, secure fit, and the built-in fan keeps it inflated for up to four hours on a set of batteries. The battery pack does add some weight and the fan is audible while it inflates, so it suits a child nearer the top of the 3'11" to 5'3" height range better than the smallest toddlers.
What is included in the cowboy and astronaut costumes?
Cowboy With Pistols Kids includes a vest, chap-style trousers, a hat, a neckerchief and two toy cap guns. Kids Astronaut Costume includes a jacket, trousers, boot covers, gloves and a helmet.
