What a Morphsuit actually is
A Morphsuit is a full-body zentai suit, the stretchy, head-to-toe costume some shops call a skin suit or a blackout suit. We made the original, tested across 30+ measurements and built from 125GSM+ breathable fabric so it fits properly instead of bagging at the knees.
The part people underestimate is the mask. A woven mesh panel sits over the eyes and mouth, so you can see, breathe and drink normally without ever taking it off. That one panel is the difference between a costume you photograph and one you can wear through a whole party, match or stag do.
We have been making the original since 2009, and we have watched "morphsuit" turn into the word people use for any full-body suit. We take that as a compliment. We worked out the measurements in the first place, and we still cut every suit to them.
Morphsuits for men, women and kids
Our range splits two ways. Adult Morphsuits run M to XXL, fitted by height rather than dress size, for men and women alike, in solid colours, patterns and superhero designs. Kids Morphsuits come in smaller sizes with their own animal and Halloween styles.
Adults are the far larger share of what we ship. We still draw the kids designs up on their own rather than shrinking an adult one down, and they are built to the same four-way stretch fabric.
How to choose your Morphsuit
Start with the look, because the fit does not change with it. Every Morphsuit here is cut from the same 125GSM+ fabric and sized by height rather than guesswork, so a solid colour and a licensed design sit the same way on the same person. Among our plain colours, black is the one people choose most often. Past that it comes down to what you want the night to look like, and we build all of them to move and breathe through a full evening, not just the first ten minutes and a photo.

Sizing, fit and fabric
Every Morphsuit we make is cut from 91% polyester and 9% elastane and tested across 30+ measurements. We run more than 500,000 quality checks a year, which is the unglamorous half of the job and the half that decides whether the suit fits out of the packet. Adult sizes run M to XXL and kids sizes follow the same logic, fitted by height rather than age, so check the size guide on each product page before you buy.
Wash a Morphsuit by hand in cold water and let it air dry flat. It is never machine washable, whatever the label on a cheap imitation might promise.

Are Morphsuits warm to wear?
No more than any other close-fitting costume. We make every Morphsuit from 125GSM+ breathable fabric with four-way stretch, so air moves through it instead of sitting against your skin the way a cheap, sealed costume does.
Can you wash a Morphsuit?
Yes, by hand. Cold water, no tumble dryer, no iron, and lay it flat to air dry. Never put a Morphsuit through a washing machine, whatever a cheaper imitation claims on its label.
What is the difference between a Morphsuit and a bodysuit costume?
Two things: the mask, and the fit. A Morphsuit is a full-body zentai-style bodysuit, and what separates ours is the woven panel over the face, so you can see, breathe and drink without taking it off, and the fit, since we build every size from over 30 measurement checks rather than one generic size. Every suit also has double zips and reinforced stitching, so it holds up wash after wash instead of splitting at the seams. We made the original Morphsuit in 2009, and 17 years and over a million Facebook fans later, we still build every one the same way.
