Order Queries

How do I make a purchase on

Shopping at Morph Costumes is very simple.
We've designed our websites to work on all devices whether you are surfing on your mobile, tablet or using your desktop or laptop comupter. Either browse by costume category using the top navigation links, or search for a product in the search box. Once you have found an item, select the colour and/or size if applicable, and then click on 'ADD TO BASKET'.

Click on the basket to review the products selected. Items can be removed from the basket by clicking the cross next to the item, or quantities can be changed by correcting the quantity and 'updating basket'. To continue shopping just click on 'continue shopping'.

Click on 'CHECKOUT' to proceed with your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not at all but you are able to create an account once you've placed and order so that you can track your order, review past orders, save address details, and manage email preferences.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have changed your mind or placed an order by mistake please visit our Contact Us page and select 'Cancellations' from the dropdown menu for useful information and details of how to request a cancellation.

What do I do if my purchase develops a fault?

Morphsuits are quality. We have spent a long time on the design and development of Morphsuits so the quality of the suit meets your high expectations. In the unlikely event that you encounter a product fault, please drop us an email via Contact Us page remembering to include your order number and a description of the problem.

I want to place an order for a gift. Will my purchase have a price sticker or will the value of the goods appear on the packing slip?

No, the product packaging will not be priced and the packing slip does not include any price details.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a sliding scale of bulk discounts.
10% off for 5 or more costumes.
15% off for 10 or more costumes.
20% off for 20 or more costumes.
To receive this discount, simply add the items to your basket and the discount will be automatically calculated and deducted.

Why is my order split in to 2 shipments?

To ensure that we provide the most efficient and speedy delivery service, Morph Costumes operate from multiple warehouses in the UK. This means that for some orders, we will split the items in your basket and deliver them as separate shipments because they’re despatched from different warehouses.
Any delivery charges are per order NOT per item. So regardless of which delivery service you select, you will only be charged once even if your order is delivered in 2 shipments.

You can track the current status of your order using our Order Tracking tool. Simply visit our Order Tracking Page then enter your email address and order number to get an update on the current status of your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Great Britain - Standard Delivery: FREE for orders over £75.00
For orders under £75 delivery is £3.95
Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your order will be despatched that day and will be delivered in 3 - 4 working days.
Delivery is provided by Royal Mail.

Great Britain - Express Delivery: £7.95
Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and your order will be despatched that day using the Next Day Service and will be delivered next working day. If you order on Friday, your order will be delivered on Monday. If you order over the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery is provided by Yodel with fully trackable service.

Great Britain - Saturday Delivery: £11.95
Order before 1pm Friday and your order will be despatched that day using the Saturday Service and will be delivered next available Saturday.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland?

Yes, we deliver of a wide range of international destinations across the World. We have dedicated websites for the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Norway.

From we can ship to virtually any country in the world - delivery take 2-3 days depending on the destination and costs £14.95.

What if I am not in when you deliver?

If you are not in, our carrier will leave a card to let you know that they attempted delivery and provide instructions about how to re-arrange your delivery or where you can collect your order. With our Express delivery service, our courier, DPD, email or text you with an hour deliver slot so you don't spend all day waiting around for your delivery.

Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes. When you get to the checkout you are able to input a different delivery address.

How do you deliver?

Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail. Our Express delivery service uses DPD courier service.

Payment Queries

When will you debit my account?

Your account will be debited when you place your order.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

Yes. Your dispatch email can be used as a VAT invoice/receipt. It has all the relevant information on it.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks. Once your return has been processed we will issue the refund if applicable. Depending on your bank, the refund could take up to 10 days to show in your account.

How do you ensure the security of my details?

All sensitive information such as credit card details, name and address is encrypted. This means that information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read even in the event it is intercepted by someone else.

How do I return an item or order if I change my mind?

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your returned items, it can take up to 72 hours to process your return. When your return has been received, we will email a confirmation that we have your return item(s) and will process your refund

Once we have processed your refund, it can take between 5 - 7 workings days for the money to arrive back in your account.

What do I do If my order arrives damaged or is faulty?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please drop us an email via Contact Us page remembering to include your order number, a description and photo of the problem.

Having experienced the fun of a MorphCostume first hand, you really are the experts so to ensure that we provide only the best products and maintain excellent customer services, we ask all of our customers for feedback on the products they purchased as well as their shopping and delivery experience. We use this information to hone our product range and ensure we are providing the best shopping experience available. To do this, we use an independent review company called Feefo to collect and publish these reviews.

How do I write a review?

Writing a review is a great way to share your knowledge. Customers love to hear about real life experiences and opinions as they really help in the decision making process. After all, having bought and used the product, you are the expert. Your feedback will help to give a more all-round, unbiased view of the product and how it functions, a view that cannot be gained by simply viewing the product online.

Product Queries

I do not know what size to order, what do you recommend?

Morphsuits are made of super stretchy Spandex so size is less important than standard clothing. However for the perfect fit please follow the simple guide in our Morphsuits size guide section. MorphCostumes unlike everyday and 'fashion' clothing, are designed and constructed to accommodate a wide variety of sizes. Many have elastic waistbands and utilise stretch fabrics for a comfortable fitting and some ladies lines include waist ties or corset design for an hour glass figure. If you are unsure about what size to order, we recommend that you buy one size larger. You can always easily adjust to be smaller rather than struggle to make larger.
For the costumes which are “One Size Fits All” these will fit all people up to height 6’4” (195 cm) and waist 42 inches (108cm)

How do I wash or care for my costume?

Please refer to the back of the packaging for wash care instructions, as it will vary by the individual costumes and their fabrication. To stay on the safe side, hand wash or sponge clean the costumes and always remember to remove any mobile device from the costume prior to washing.

How to wear a Morphsuit?

Wear with pride, relish being the centre of attention and Morph on!

What to wear under a Morphsuit?

You can wear what you like under your Morphsuit. You won't care anyway because you are totally anonymous. It is best generally to wear tight underwear. You can wear a pair of regular underpants. As long as your underpants are nice and tight your suit will still look great. If you wear baggy boxers they crumple underneath the tight morphsuit which looks a bit weird.
If you are worried about your man junk showing then just wear 2 pairs of boxers, a codpiece, a jock strap, or, if you are hung like a rogue elephant, a pair of shorts over the top of your Morpshuit. In fact, you can pretty much wear whatever you like over the top of your morphsuit. Slam on a pair of red speedos over a blue morphsuit and you have Superman. Throw a pair of boxing shorts and boxing gloves and you become a heavyweight boxer! Your only limitation is your imagination...

Can you zip up the Morphsuit yourself?

Yes. There are actually two zippers on authentic Morphsuits which makes it much easier to zip up (and you can still use your Morphsuit even if one zipper breaks).
As long as you can touch your neck with your hand then you pull one zip from the top of your head down to the back of your neck and then the second zip from the middle of your back up to the back of your neck. Having two zippers makes it really easy to zip up yourself.

Is it hard to breathe in a Morphsuit?

No it is really easy to breathe in a Morphsuit. In fact lots of people run marathons in Morpshuits and play sports in them. Because authentic Morphsuits are made using a high quality material and incorporate a special 4 way stitch they are easy to breathe through.

Is it hard to see through a Morphsuit?

No. You can still see through your Morphsuit easy because we use a very special drop-stitch technique with tiny holes that you can see thru, breathe thru and drink thru, but no one can see in. Lots of people play sports, ride bikes, jump out of planes, fly planes and run marathons when they are wearing their Morphsuits so visibility is still good.

Can I drink through a Morphsuit?

The Morpshuit is thin, totally breathable and will let you pour your drink (water we presume) straight through it! But it is not so great when liquids go the other way, so go easy on the on the Lambrinis!

How to put on a Morphsuit?

To put on a morphsuit its simple; Start by putting your feet in first and then pull up filling the arms spaces when you are good and ready. Finish by pulling the hood over your face and the look is complete. A Morphsuits has a double zip up the back so you can do the whole thing yourself..depending how flexible you are!

How do your digital costumes work?

Step 1: Download the FREE app called "Morphsuits" from the Apple App store or Google Play store. Then within the app, select the costume you want to wear and click on "Play animation"
Step 2: Put your mobile device in the secure pocket within your costume.
Step 3: The animation will play through the hole in the front of the costume and you will be ensured total party domination.

What size phone will your digital costumes?

The costumes have been designed to hold most smart phones and phablets devices. The 'pocket' that holds the your device in place is 5.4 inches so will hold all but the biggest devices.

What do you mean when you describe the costumes as "pop up"?

Some of our costumes are made with metal or plastic wires in the frames which give them great structure and impact. By making these costumes with wire edges it enables a really great shape to the costume which is strong yet flexible and gives you the MAXIMUM IMPACT for your costume. The costume comes folded down but instantly pops up into shape which means you are instantly ready to party. The fact that they are pop up means that they come packaged in a convenient size and means they are easier to fold down and store in your cupboard for the next time you want to wear the costume.
