If you have changed your mind or placed an order by a mistake we will certainly try our best to cancel your order for you although once an order has been sent to our warehouses it may be difficult to stop. Don’t worry though, if we cant stop it all you have to do is:
Refuse delivery which will return your order to our warehouse for a full refund of the product cost, or
Follow our full Returns Process. We will notify you when the order is received and when you can expect your refund (normally 5-7 days)
